Extensive experience allows me to guide you. My client success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, help clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction. I have had the pleasure of working with people for 30 years. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in 1992 and have continued to further educate myself throughout the years. I obtained my Massage Therapy Degree in 1999. I specialize in Therapeutic and Relaxation techniques. I added NAET to my Business in 2016. I am excited for the newest addition to my business the Inergetix CoRe System and loving the results.
My Education and training allow me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods to achieve your goals. I am very active in my studies and continue to educate myself. Currently, I am working on my Education to futher myself as an Herbalist.

We focus on assisting women going through life changes, helping them align their bodies and minds and identifying and overcoming blockages. Our intuitive approach allows us to create custom plans that address individual's needs, guiding individuals towards improved health, happiness and fulfillment.

I was diagnosed with high cholesterol at the age of 21 and set off to get my health in order. At the age of 21, I was dealing angina (chest pains), I spent a year in and out the doctors and emergency rooms with no reason no help in sight. I sought our healers, herbalist, and naturopaths to regain my health. I have been on the journey of wellness ever since.
